Playdate

One of the dad's from Luke's class introduced himself today and asked about a playdate.  I said sure, and we set about scheduling one.  Turns out today worked best so he came home from school with us.  This boy has been Luke's favorite friend at school up until recently.  Luke decided since he's not going to go to the same school next year it's not really worth the investment to remain friends with him.  It's hard to explain to Luke why we don't just unfriend people because they are not going to be around in the long run.  They have been having a great time.
