I think it's safe to say the fire made us both a bit nervous. The race was kind of fun. Neither of us particularly like to run. Randy didn't train at all and I ran probably 6 times before the race. We both finished in decent time, Randy around 36 minutes, me around 43 minutes. Not too bad for 3.5 miles with obstacles throughout. Luke spent the whole afternoon at his friend's house and couldn't have been happier.
